7. Why did the Buddha not use supernatural powers to save sentient beings?
2500 years ago, the Buddha could have easily used his supernatural powers and abilities to awe the entire world, but he still chose to use his mortal body to enlighten it. He hoped to help everyone understand the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth through his ordinary identity. What he could use was what everyone else could use; what he could do was what all beings could do. Using the universal rules of the Great Dao of Heaven and Earth to truly cultivate himself, truly enlighten and benefit all beings—this is the main reason why he gave up supernatural powers and all special abilities.
8. The Law of Absorption of Wisdom through Non-Discrimination
In the process of spiritual practice, we need to absorb wisdom and elevate our consciousness. I hope you use your own innate mind and wisdom to judge every rule that is useful or useless to you, and use your innate mind and your own understanding to absorb the wisdom that is useful to you, rather than creating discrimination based on who said the wisdom, Dharma, or principle. The same Buddhist teaching can be spoken by the Buddha in one instance and by a pig in another. If you develop a discriminating mind, you can easily fall into the trap of discriminating wisdom. Because in the cycle of rebirth, a seemingly humble and ordinary person might say something that changes your life; a person you greatly admire and respect might not say the truth. You must understand: you must apply everything yourself to see if it works, not based on what others say. You must have your own independent judgment. Rules that are useful to you and many others in the long run are the truly universal rules.
9. Heat Death
All luminous and heat-generating things will slowly lose their energy, all life will vanish, and all planets will cease to move, existing in a state of chaos and disorder. The entire universe will become a cold and desolate world—truly cold, where everything is motionless and in a state of chaos. This is the ultimate fate of all living and non-living things in our universe—death and immortality.
10. Isolated Systems
A closed space or region, without external influence, will always tend towards continuous chaos or energy reduction. Earth, the human realm, the celestial realm, and the entire cycle of six realms of reincarnation are all considered closed systems.
11. Pointless Busywork
Imagine you're in any closed system. Without external help, the end result is constant chaos and a lack of energy. Without external assistance, everything within the system is just pointless fuss. This is the constant downward spiral for all beings: if you do something that Heaven doesn't approve of, something that doesn't receive Heaven's reward, you're wasting your own energy—no matter how great or correct you think it is, it's meaningless. For example, if you practice martial arts on Earth, you can definitely beat others. But from the perspective of the entire cycle of reincarnation, from the perspective of higher dimensions, it's pure pointless fuss. From the perspective of Heaven looking at the human world, practicing martial arts is pointless fuss; a minor supernatural power can cripple you. You might think supernatural powers are powerful, that practicing them makes you invincible in the human world and in Heaven, but what about in higher planes? They can simply remove your supernatural powers. For higher-dimensional beings, it's a matter of whether they're willing to remove them. Is practicing supernatural powers meaningful?
12. Energy Enhancement
When you greatly benefit sentient beings, help them, and elevate their energy, the Heavenly Dao will consider you to be doing a good deed, doing what it desires. At this time, the Heavenly Dao will bestow energy upon you, granting you power beyond the cycle of reincarnation. Beyond the cycle of reincarnation, even Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are striving to do this. To receive higher blessings from the Heavenly Dao, one must also perform good deeds. We exist within the realm of good deeds; we must perform good deeds to receive benefits and rewards from the Heavenly Dao. Not performing good deeds is unacceptable. Without doing good, you will not receive power, and your energy will not be blessed.
13. The Eyes of All Beings
In the cycle of reincarnation, I have been an ordinary person in many lifetimes, and I have also experienced moments of confusion. In this life, by chance, I have been able to see some things, and I will try my best to tell you so that you can understand and know more. I cannot let you see many things, but I will try my best to describe what I see to you verbally—I am willing to be the eyes of all beings. If you do not know the higher-level rules, you must understand them more clearly; otherwise, no matter how hard you try below, it will be a waste of time. Besides constantly depleting yourself and making your energy lower and worse, it will have almost no effect. You should follow those who understand the laws of the ascending space. You may not be able to see them, but you must listen more and understand higher-dimensional cognition.
