17. Boundary Rules
Suppose you are fortunate enough to be reborn in the Heavenly Realm in your next life, you can see everything on Earth. Looking down on Earth from Heaven is wonderful; many people enjoy doing this when they're bored. But now, the Heavenly Realm is very strictly managed. Even if you see your descendant being beaten to death on the spot, you cannot help him—this is the rule of the realm. Helping him is a violation of the rules, and violations will be punished. If the upper realm wants to transmit information to the lower realm or between different realms, it will reward you or bring you misfortune. Many deceased relatives want you to burn paper money for them, either by appearing in their dreams or by finding ways to bring them bad luck. If you suffer too much misfortune, you'll have to find someone like us to ask what happened, and you'll find a poor relative waiting for you to burn paper money—this is one way information is transmitted across dimensions. People open shrines, and there will be wars between them. If other deities come and kill your deity in front of Buddha and Bodhisattvas, Buddha and Bodhisattvas cannot intervene—this is the rule of the realm. In ancient times, so many heinous events occurred, and Buddha and Bodhisattvas could not intervene because they were limited by the rules of the realm when crossing dimensions.
18. Orthodox Buddhist and Taoist scriptures
Many things I've told you don't actually exist in orthodox Buddhist scriptures. In modern Buddhist or Taoist scriptures, regardless of whether the translation is accurate, many things have become accepted by Heaven. For example, the Diamond Sutra, there are three versions that are commonly circulated today, and the one you often recite is the one by Kumarajiva. There's a passage in the Chinese translation that can't be found in the Sanskrit text; I don't know when it was written there. But please remember: if you read Kumarajiva's version of the Diamond Sutra now, it works; that's called acceptance by Heaven. When we consecrate Taoist statues, we use the Tao Te Ching. What version it was before doesn't matter; what Heaven accepts now is the current version of the Tao Te Ching. You can put a modern version of the Tao Te Ching inside a Taoist statue for consecration, and it will work; even if the previous version is correct, it won't work—that's acceptance by Heaven, called conventional wisdom.
19. The Change of Breath Between Heaven and Earth
When does the change of the celestial and terrestrial energy occur each year? Many people think it happens during the Spring Festival. But actually, the change occurs on January 1st of the Gregorian calendar each year. Therefore, we start calculating the annual fortune divination on January 1st. Why should a Chinese person calculate it on January 1st? Don't ask me why, I don't know. Calculating the divination for the new year at that time is sufficient; calculating it a day earlier means it's from the previous year. It's fine to wait until the Spring Festival to calculate, but you'll miss out on several months of divination. When was this changed? I don't know, but it became like this after 2018, when I started doing this work.
20. Buddha's Birthday
Is Buddha's Birthday on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month? Even 2500 years ago, India couldn't determine a specific date; their calendars and chronology were a mess. Our current lunar calendar was established during the Ming Dynasty. Is the eighth day of the fourth lunar month necessarily Buddha's birthday? I really don't know. But on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, if you go to any temple, 100% of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will be there. This includes the fact that Buddha's Birthday isn't on the same day in India, Thailand, Myanmar, and China. In China, if you go to a temple on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, you'll definitely find Buddhas and Bodhisattvas there—that's just a convention. Is there any reason for this? There isn't; that's just how it's been set.
21. Heavenly Witch Bloodline
The Heavenly Witch bloodline originated in ancient times, not in the human realm, but even in the ancient divine realm or the realm of creator gods. There exists a group of beings who are the Heavenly Witch clan. When examining Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology), if two stars are in the Life Palace or the Palace of Origin, and there is a combination of Yin Sha and Heavenly Witch, it's generally related to the ancient Heavenly Witch bloodline. Some well-known Buddhas and Bodhisattvas also belong to this race. What are the characteristics of this race? They directly see destiny, directly perceive future images, without needing cultivation or learning; it's innate, a natural ability—a kind of innate supernatural power. You might spend many years painstakingly studying fortune-telling, while they are born with it, able to directly see future images and communicate directly with heaven and earth.
22. How to distinguish the bloodline of the Celestial Witch in the human world?
From a legal perspective, a person with the Heavenly Witch bloodline must have a split soul. Some souls cannot reside within them; they are invisible to the naked eye but can be detected through auditory perception. How? Imagine five or ten people talking to them simultaneously, or they are talking on the phone while chatting with you, and they are completely unaffected. In other words, their multiple souls can simultaneously receive and synthesize different information. If you can talk to multiple people at the same time without affecting your communication, and you can hear so many voices clearly, then you have the ancient Heavenly Witch bloodline. Some people in the human world are exceptionally intelligent, with incredibly fast minds, able to switch between different thoughts and remember each other's information quickly—this is not the ancient Heavenly Witch bloodline. People with the ancient Heavenly Witch bloodline do not need to remember each other's thoughts; they can speak on one side while speaking on another without any effort, listening to both simultaneously. You cannot achieve this; you must possess the split soul.
23. No right or wrong
In the human realm, in lower dimensions, what we manifest are concrete events and details—your argument with your wife, having an affair, hiding money from your wife. In higher dimensions, these are cause and effect, karmic connections, and karma. All your concrete events are projections of cause and effect, karma, and karmic connections in lower dimensions. If you hide money, in higher dimensions you already had a karmic connection, karma, or cause and effect of being stingy; in lower dimensions, this is a projection of hiding money. In higher dimensions, this matter is utterly meaningless. At the highest realm of form, there are no males and females, no genders. Many things become meaningless. Not meaningless, but rather devoid of right and wrong. Rules give rise to right and wrong. Without the rules of male and female, without the rules of marriage, without the rules of children, many things become devoid of right and wrong. Above rules, there is no right or wrong. Why is there no right or wrong? Because it is emptiness. It is truly nothing, because this thing cannot happen in this dimension, and for beings in this dimension, looking down, it has no meaning.
24. What is an unconscious state?
It means that doing good deeds has become your instinct, your subconscious, your unconscious behavior, without even thinking about it, just like breathing, your heartbeat, eating, and drinking. The entire reincarnation system has gone to such great lengths, finding so many people to train with, hoping to obtain a life that does good instinctively, unaffected by any rules or restrictions within the Heavenly Dao. Why does the Heavenly Dao require this kind of being? I can tell you responsibly, I don't know, and no one has told me. In its assessment system, the state of Buddhahood is satisfied. But only a few Buddhas have been born among countless sentient beings, and not a single Buddha has been born for many years. The current assessment standards are much more difficult than before, but it still doesn't lower the standards—that's what it wants. Why does it train such beings? I don't know. You're just a primary school student, don't try to understand things like a postdoctoral researcher. But at least you need to become this kind of being, to transform into this kind of being, that's what the Heavenly Dao requires.
25. Harmony through the exchange of qi
How do the Way of Heaven and the Way of Humanity combine? This involves a concept called "harmony through the interaction of vital energies." This is a very high concept in Taoism—it aims to harmonize two seemingly opposite or opposing things into something very benevolent and harmonious. Yin and Yang are inherently in conflict. However, when applying this concept in the human realm, the Way of Heaven, and across multiple planes, we must achieve harmony through the interaction of vital energies. This is a key point in applying this concept across all planes, requiring extremely high wisdom. Highly powerful gods and Buddhas must purify themselves before ascending. But once purified, they lose the opportunity to complete their cultivation. Lower planes are excellent places to resolve karmic debts, so one cuts off the bad part—the dirty part. After cutting it off, a clone or incarnation is formed. This incarnation possesses everything the original; you can consider it also a powerful being, as they are both split from the same soul. The incarnation resolves all problems during the cycle of reincarnation, dissolving all karmic debts in the human realm. The powerful being above has resources, a network of connections, and merit, and is on the right track. These powerful people are really clever—they managed to merge two things that seemed impossible to merge together.
