181. What is the Great Prayer?

Prostrate yourself on the ground the entire time, bowing with your entire body touching the ground. Perform 88 prostrations each time, listening to the "Eighty-Eight Buddhas Great Repentance Text" while doing so; you don't need to recite it yourself. Listen while prostrating, two to three times a week. You can rest in between if you can't finish in one session; doing it in the morning or afternoon is fine. This card connects a space to our present situation, and performing repentance is very beneficial for eliminating negative karma from past lives. Doing different things at different times is different for everyone. Two to three days a week, 88 repetitions a day, with breaks in between, day or night is fine—just don't do it every day, and don't exceed 88. You can do it on the bed, but try to do it on the ground as much as possible—this represents complete prostration, lowering your body and mind to an extremely low position, a greater courtesy than the three prostrations and nine kowtows for admitting wrongdoing. Completely lowered, completely flat, without any elevation. You can use a blanket, but don't do it on the bed, as the bed is slightly elevated. It doesn't matter how many times you listen to the text; just listen until you've listened to the required number of times. For example, if you listen to the video 1.5 times after completing it once, don't stop listening for the rest of the time. Just listen to it until you finish the video. You may have already finished the video but haven't finished listening yet. Once you finish listening to it, you're done.

182. How to liberate and transform a sentient being

First, address the issue of sentient beings' thinking. All life is a combination of thought and energy—if you add a lower dimension and a shell (physical body). Thinking is the most important factor. As long as the thinking is correct, no matter how bad the circumstances or opportunities, there will always be positive growth and accumulation. The difference between taking a step ahead or a step behind over countless eons is not significant. Second, address the issue of guidance. This involves cognition, companionship, and helping others practice and gradually master—guidance and cultivation. Third, establish habits—solidify correct and good habits. Fourth, forget—forget about it until it becomes instinctive, forming instinctive memory, the instinct to do something. When doing this, there will be no questioning of why; one will simply feel that it should be done this way, and then there will be no problem.

183. What is the requirement for reincarnation?

The entire cycle of reincarnation aims to create a being that is perfect in all aspects, across the six realms and ten worlds, and that possesses instinctive memories and behaviors. This is the kind of being that reincarnation painstakingly cultivates. Violating these principles is considered an error. You may know some errors, but not others—because you haven't been punished, or the punishment hasn't occurred immediately. Negative feedback is needed to realize you've made a mistake; without it, it's difficult to recognize an error. Knowing you're wrong is the first step; then comes overcoming yourself, establishing correct and good habits, and finally transforming them into instinctive genes—this is what the entire reincarnation system is working on.

184. What does it mean to believe?

Believing in false things. For example, life and death. Although one experiences life and death, it is a set of rules. For example, believing in time—past, present, and future—is also false. For example, believing that the sky is blue, the sea is blue, and the trees are green—these are all illusions, like things pre-set in a game world, perceived through sound, smell, taste, touch, and mental objects. It's like having sensors on your body in a virtual world—touching Zhang San makes you feel like you've touched Zhang San. If you frequently encounter Zhang San in the virtual world and receive correct feedback each time, wouldn't you believe you've truly encountered Zhang San? It's all about using sound, smell, taste, touch, and mental objects to make you believe. In a false world, husbands and wives arguing and trying to reason with each other is inherently foolish—using false standards to measure right and wrong in a false world is quite strange.

185. Entanglement of Cause and Effect

You see a beautiful woman and want to bully her, but you can't—does this create karma? No. But if you think about it too much, sooner or later you'll lose control, and karma will arise. Why do you sometimes have to stop even thinking about it? Thinking can create karma, but not every time. If you want to bully this girl, her spirits hear you—you may not have acted or said anything, but thinking about it generates consciousness waves and thoughts, broadcasting in the Dharma realm. Her guardian spirits immediately sense your evil intentions towards their spirit children or masters, and they can't do anything about it. With karma comes entanglement—you hit me, I'll hit you back; you kill me, I'll kill you; when will this cycle of revenge end? Most entanglements are bad karmic connections; it's not impossible for particularly good karmic connections to lead to entanglement, but the probability is low.

186. Influence of External Spiritual Bodies

When someone in need of help or guidance comes to you, they have a problem. First, check if there's external spiritual influence, such as heretics, creditors, or unknown beings affecting them, which might explain their actions, behaviors, fate, or other negative outcomes. Before doing anything, you must first resolve the obstacles, pitfalls, and sabotage. Only after addressing external forces can you focus on self-improvement. If you only focus on self-improvement, but there are always external forces causing trouble, you'll struggle—destruction is always easier than construction. You might put in a lot of effort, only to be ruined by a single malicious act. First, address the issue of spiritual interference—investigate heretics, creditors, and unknown beings. The influence of heretics, creditors, and unknown beings accounts for 30% of a person's impact. Many people say this percentage isn't high, so can't we address other mental factors without investigating? Yes, you can, but if such a thing exists, you'll find that no matter how hard you try, it won't work. Address the external causes first.

187. Chakra Disconnection

What problems arise from disconnected chakras? Lack of empathy. Imagine a wife accidentally injures her finger and bleeds, telling her husband, "My hand is injured and bleeding." The husband stares at her for a long time, unsure what to say—this is a case of disconnected chakras; a lack of empathy when it's needed. This includes earning money—you're indifferent to the annual reports from various countries and the financial situations of different provinces and states; there should be celebrations for certain holidays, but none are; some kings don't celebrate their birthdays; some foreign investment has declined for decades—you're indifferent to these. Or, you're enjoying your meal while everyone at the table is about to fight, saying, "Hey, why aren't you eating?"—this is a case of disconnected chakras.

188. Why do physical problems affect thinking?

Feeling tired, sleepy, and unable to concentrate can drastically alter one's destiny. Many people come home from work and don't want to move or do anything. What happens the third time your wife asks you to wash the dishes? You refuse. After the argument, you feel you're not wrong, but you're exhausted. Your wife has also worked a long day and is tired, with low tolerance. When someone is tired, sleepy, and annoyed, their tolerance is low—they easily lose their temper over a few words. An argument lowers their goodwill and damages their positive karma. If their good karma is only 100, each argument reduces it; 100 arguments lead to divorce. With 10,000 good karma, they can withstand 10,000 arguments. If their good karma isn't strong enough—a few arguments might make the marriage unbearable, triggering an unconscious stress response. The initial culprits are fatigue, sleepiness, annoyance, and lack of concentration. Your boss is also tired, sleepy, and annoyed, with lower tolerance; arguing with them can easily lead to retaliation. Destiny changes. What's the use of regret then? High energy levels are crucial for children. Harvard and MIT students sleep only 4-5 hours a day and can maintain high productivity for years. If your child isn't high in energy, their chances of getting into top schools are slim—regardless of their academic performance or IQ. Insufficient energy is necessary to handle the rote learning and endless practice problems. Low energy leads to: feeling tired and sleepy at home, wanting to rest, yet still having to do homework, resulting in frustration, resistance, slackness, and low efficiency. At school, they only have 20 minutes of energy, and then can't understand the next lesson—a vicious cycle. Without strenuous physical activity and no major health problems (at most, sub-optimal health), getting up every morning is a struggle, likely resulting in low energy and significant energy depletion.

189. Human Training System

Together, we benefit all beings and build the entire internal system of the storytelling community into the most rigorous system to date, operating according to all human relationships and social norms. Here, every mistake you make will be pointed out to you—you'll know where you went wrong for a lifetime. In other systems, no one can point that out to you. If you're not familiar with me, not on the same path, no matter how big a mistake you make, I can only watch, I won't point it out. Many people are stuck here—there's no kind system. We will strictly demand of everyone according to human standards, but we won't punish anyone. We simply hope that everyone will handle human relationships and social norms, including many things, very well. Once a mistake is made or a problem arises, you will be directly told what the problem is and how it should be done. In this system, friends and children progress very quickly—they know where they went wrong. The first step in spiritual practice is knowing where you went wrong. If you don't even know where you went wrong, you can't practice. A normal human system relies on self-realization—if you realize it, you realize it; if you don't, you work hard your whole life and end up being kicked out without even knowing where you went wrong. In the end, you can only resent how complicated society is. In the future, we can expand this human training system on a larger scale—you'll have a mirror to reflect on and improve in every aspect. The most important point of this system is that it doesn't require efficiency—many bosses need efficiency, but I don't. Improving you is what I want to do, sooner or later is up to fate. From being clueless about interpersonal relationships, unable to do things, lacking coordination, and having low cognition—everything can be gradually improved within the system, and in the cycle of reincarnation, you will definitely become an excellent person.

190. How to guide, accompany, and lead children in their learning

Many people tell their children to study on their own—why don't you study on your own? For such difficult material, can't you integrate learning into daily life? When it rains, say "the rain is so heavy," or at least use some nouns like "dark clouds, thunder and lightning." Have them describe it every time it rains, integrating it into their lives. If a child isn't doing well in their studies: first check for external influences; if the child's mental state is poor—improve their mental state first; check for mindfulness in learning—address that; assess their comprehension, expression, and memory—if not, address them immediately. Once these are resolved, the child will understand the current problems better. What about what they've fallen behind on? Find a good teacher to help them catch up. After everything is in order, give them a learning talisman; if they're in a bad mood, give them a calming talisman. Negative emotions and resistance will decrease. With improved understanding, faster learning, greater achievements, and more positive feedback, the child will love learning even more. After all these things are resolved, maintain their progress with talismans regularly. If they fall back down, quickly identify the problem and address it. At this point, applause and encouragement are needed—humans are creatures of positive feedback systems. If this continues in the long run, positive changes will occur, leading to an upward trend. It's necessary to solidify all the good things—reward children for their love of learning, constantly observe their progress, and provide supplementary support if needed. Using talismans and magical artifacts to help the child will only make things better.
